- Make an order online or over the phone before 1:00 pm EST.
- Orders of $50 or more will be shipped anywhere in the 48 Continental United States FREE of charge. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $7.99 will apply.
TRACK IT »
- We'll process your order immediately and send your tracking info as soon as we have it.
RECEIVE IT »
- Receive your order on the next business day.*
- To guarantee overnight shipping, call now for a personal quote.
*Orders that are not received within 1-2 business days are eligible for a 5% refund of the total order. This guarantee does not apply if:
- - Your order was placed after 1:00 pm EST.
- - Our office was closed on the day that the order was placed. (This includes weekends and U.S. and Jewish holidays.)
- - The item ordered is a special order item. Special order items are marked as such on the product page. These items can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
- - Tracking of the order shows that it was delivered.
There are some items that ship freight that require an appointment for delivery. A valid phone number is required at checkout.
While we do our best to make sure all items are delivered within 1-2 days, this policy should NOT be relied on if the item is needed for a medical or a health necessity.
